Film Club: Girl with the Pearl Earring
We will be watching the 2003 romantic drama with Colin Firth & Scarlett Johansson, Girl with the PEarl Earring. Nominated for ten BAFTA's, it portrays the relationship between Griet, a young 17th-century servant, and Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer at the time he painted his masterpiece 'Girl with a Pearl Earring' in the city of Delft in Holland. 1 hour 40mins, 2p start, tea & nice cakes, everyone welcome - bring your friends!
